OXFORD – The Ole Miss women’s soccer team opens the 2015 NCAA Tournament on Friday at 7:30 p.m. with a home game against Murray State.Ole Miss women’s soccer team will host a first-round NCAA tournament game Friday at 7:30 p.m.The Rebels are 2-5 in NCAA tournament play, which includes a 9-0 win against Jackson State 2013. It was the first NCAA tournament game the Rebels have ever hosted.They finished 13-5-2 overall and 7-2 in Southeastern Conference play, good for third in the SEC after being picked 10th in the preseason poll.The Rebels were led by CeCe Kizer’s 14 goals, the most by a freshman in the country and third most for a freshman in program history, and first-team All-SEC junior Addie Forbus’ 11. The two collected 25 of the 40 goals scored by the Rebels.Murray State (16-4, 10-0 Ohio Valley Conference) finished 1-2 against opponents it shared this season with the Rebels. The Racers lost 2-1 to University of Arkansas-Little Rock and 3-0 to Tennessee and beat Austin Peay 2-0.
