Driver flees car, leaves dying passenger

first_imgMONTEBELLO – A driver who lost control of his vehicle hit at least one parked car and left his dying passenger inside the vehicle is in custody today, authorities said. The accident occurred at 6:16 p.m. yesterday in the 400 block of South Woods Street, near Eagle Street, in East Los Angeles, according to the CHP. The driver fled the scene on foot, leaving his unidentified male passenger in the vehicle bleeding from the head, officials said.
