The film, directed by H Vinoth, is a remake of Hindi blockbuster Pink. The Tamil version, produced by Boney Kapoor has already piqued the curiosity of the audience.We had reported that Ajith’s next film, which is tentatively called Thala 60, will also have director H Vinoth and producer Boney Kapoor headlining the team. Meanwhile, it is rumoured that composer AR Rahman might score the tunes for an Ajith film after several years.However, Rahman, in an interview with The Hindu, has refuted the rumours. When asked if he would be part of Thala 60, the Bigil composer said, “No, I can’t because I’m already doing too much.Post-Bigil, AR Rahman is also working on Thalaivan Irukkindran with Kamal Haasan and Vikram’s 58th film with Ajay Gnanamuthu. Hence, the composer might not be able to take more films on his plate.Speaking about their second venture with Ajith, producer Boney Kapoor told DNA, “I got to know him closely during the shoot of our Tamil film Nerkonda Paarvai. I was pleasantly surprised to know about his passion for racing and other sports. It was only natural that our next project together is a thriller that uses his passion for speed. I would love to have him in a Hindi film with an action backdrop.”Meanwhile, Ajith is presently participating in Tamil Nadu rifle shooting championship.
